Official Race Upgrades

As you progress through the Caterham race series you will require a number of upgrades each year to comply with regulations. Williams Automobiles are a Caterham Motorsport centre and are fully authorised carry out these upgrades. We are able to undertake the mandatory upgrades from Academy to Roadsport, Roadsport to 270R and 270 to 310R.

Unlike other race teams we are a fully authorised Caterham Motorsport dealer and can offer engine sealing and official ECU remaps.

Race Car Setup – The highly competitive nature of Caterham racing requires both the driver and car to be in sync. Our race car set ups enable the driver to be competitive at the front of the grid and have an unrivalled history of race wins.

Bespoke Seat Fitting – A bespoke race seat makes a huge difference providing comfort, a lower seat position and support. We are very proud to work with Pro-seat to be able to provide these top quality race seats which are highly recommend.

Extras and Upgrades – We offer a number of extras and upgrades for all race cars. Depending on your needs, the series you race in and age of your car we can provide expert knowledge, preparation and workmanship to ensure your car is ready to race and be competitive.

Service checks – We offer readiness checks, and test and race weekend preparation before you head out on track, highlighting any areas of the car that require additional work to comply with the regulations or to improve race performance. Our service process is designed to detect and prevent mechanical failures as a result of track and race use.

Bespoke Wrap – We can arrange full custom wraps, This is a bespoke service and each car is designed and tailored for each customer. Weather standing out is key or you’d prefer to blend in we have a design for you.

Driver Coaching – Driver coaching is key to finessing your race craft. In addition to technical support, Williams Motorsport provides driver coaching as an integrated part of the at-circuit support package. This includes a unique video sharing capability in which driver and coach can review performance and improve on key areas. Being able to review by video record is a great aid to gaining the most from limited on-track test time.

Track Day Support – Track Day Support – Gain the most from your trackday with focused team support and coaching. We help to extract the most out of your car by refining set up through your feedback, working with our technicians and driver coach on key areas, to make sure you and your car benefit from valuable testing time.
