Williams Automobiles is proud to announce the arrival of a completely new generation of Norton Motorcycles, revealed this week at EICMA 2025 in Milan. This launch marks a defining moment for one of Britain’s most iconic motorcycle brands and an exciting new chapter for our Norton franchise at Williams.
A Resurgence Rooted in British Engineering
Norton Motorcycles, founded in 1898, has long represented the spirit of British motorcycling — combining craftsmanship, performance, and character. Under the ownership of TVS Motor Company since 2020, Norton has undergone a complete transformation with over £200 million invested into new facilities, engineering, and design.
This investment has culminated in a new state-of-the-art headquarters in Solihull, capable of producing around 8,000 bikes per year. Alongside this, Norton has unveiled a revitalised design language and brand identity that blends its historic DNA with cutting-edge modernity.
For Williams Automobiles, this renewal perfectly aligns with our own ethos — celebrating hand-built British performance across both two and four wheels.
Four New Models for a New Era
The new Norton line-up consists of four bikes, divided into two families: the Manx sports series and the Atlas adventure series.
The Manx Range
• Manx R – A new flagship superbike powered by a 1,200cc V4 engine delivering approximately 206bhp, with a dry weight of around 204kg. It’s a precision-built machine for the road and track alike, featuring semi-active suspension, carbon wheels, and advanced electronics.
• Manx – Sharing much of the same DNA as the R, the Manx offers a slightly more road-focused riding position and setup, combining everyday usability with stunning performance and design.
The Atlas Range
• Atlas – Built for adventure and versatility, this all-rounder is designed to take on both the open road and light off-road conditions with ease.
• Atlas GT– A grand-touring version that delivers long-distance comfort, premium materials, and refined performance while retaining the agility expected from a Norton.
This launch represents a complete reset for the Norton brand — a clean-sheet approach with new engines, chassis, and styling that firmly places Norton back among the world’s leading motorcycle manufacturers.
What It Means for Williams Norton
The arrival of the new Norton range reinforces our position as one of the UK’s leading destinations for specialist British marques. With the new models being designed and built in the UK, this is a genuine revival of British engineering excellence — something that resonates deeply with our customers and our 115-year heritage.
Norton’s renewed focus on quality, performance, and exclusivity complements the craftsmanship of the Morgan, Caterham, and Lotus brands that we already represent. It also opens the door for more lifestyle and motorsport crossover events, from ride-outs and track experiences to showroom showcases.
Coming Soon
Production of the Manx R is expected to begin in early 2026, with pre-orders and early reservations now being taken. Pricing and final specifications will follow shortly.
Williams Automobiles will be hosting exclusive Norton preview events and demonstration days once the first bikes arrive in the UK. Customers are encouraged to register their interest early for priority access.
The Next Chapter of Norton
The new Norton range represents more than a product launch — it’s a statement that British motorcycling is back at its best. At Williams Automobiles, we’re proud to play our part in this next chapter and can’t wait to share these remarkable new machines with our customers.
