Coronavirus and how we are operating.

We are continuing to operate at Williams whilst we still can and hope customers will continue to do
business with us. However we are being careful in how we operate.

• We are asking all customers to call or email to book appointments.
• Wash hands when entering the building and before leaving.
• Observing the social distancing rules.

In regards to the service department and working on cars if you want to drop and leave your car without
coming into the building this is fine. All the transaction with be done over the phone. Our staff will
wear gloves when in your car at all times and we will deep clean it before you collect. If you are local
we can organise to pick your car up but please give us some notice.

In the sales department we can still offer test drives but these will be unaccompanied drives with the
roof down. We can also show cars via video calling so if you want to see all around a car almost as if
you were on site we can do this.

Our parts department is fully operational sending parts out daily. Please contact Kevin or Mike if you
have anything you want to keep you occupied over the next few months.
